HERE YOU NOT A RESERVATION NUMBER

What a BEAUTIFUL experience - feeling part of the family, like walking into my own home   and not like a booking reservation Ker-Ching - Ka-Ching like a Cash Register  !

Here you feel like part of the family at Cape Nomads, never loose your touch guys you are the best Muizenberg experience I've had !

Nice firm real mattresses - had a week of excellent sleep in both capsules extra length and ¾ beds they provide. Clean neat and everything you need made my stay extremely comfortable.  Best nomad living ever - I will certainly be back soon.

American Visa Run

Best place to stay if you coming for your USA visa interview - I searched for quite a few places in Muizenberg and Cape Capsules came in as No. 1 - cost to Consulate only R100,00

I flew in late from Jeffreys Bay no hassle with booking in all arrangements was organised via WhatsApp with Owner, nice and easy.  To my surprise the other guests were awesome chatted until late at night - you can feel this place has got 'gees' !

Slept like a dream proper beds and I stayed in the economy section open dorm - called Octopus Nest lol 6 legs not 8 ! 

Could easily stay for a beach holiday.  Well done Cape Capsules I'll be back !

Bed 11 - Sea Horse

This was a way better stay for me 5 STARS

This stay in Muizenberg was fantastic - I've stayed up in the Main Rd - but this backpackers is epic right opposite the beach - owners and staff friendly - the vibe is right, well run, clean and here you feel right at home.  You should definitely consider this hostel if you want to stay in Muizenberg, and feel at home and part of the community, chilled vibes and not uptight.

The people were solid, owner is super cool and down to earth, breakfast was very relaxed and accommodating.

Laundry was cheap.

Loads of stuff in the kitchen to use.

Great Facilities to relax upstairs, best nap ever.

They go out of their way for you I have stayed at cape Capsules 3 times already last stay 1 ½ months during winter of 2025 - I will be back !

So here I am back again !

but Wow !  Brand new facilities extra bathrooms - new deck upstairs,  great breakfast, so many Freebies - complimentary water, Cape Capsules Bag, free coffee and tea - everything you need for the bathroom - I'll be back ! Jan 2026. VIP CARDS GIVEN

BEST SURFING HOSTEL IN MUIZENBERG - dast ist cool !

Away from the madness where everybody crowds the waters, but close enough to walk to go surfing.  The place has a good vibe and the staff is geil.  I've spend 7 days and got a day free as they still not in season, next time I'm coming to ZA will be in summer and I'm coming back here with friends, I call this my new home from home. ***** stars for the Owners/schnucki  - Das hast du gut gemacht !

+ Einer der besten Aufenthalte, die wir je hatten! Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich, mit ausreichend Platz und vor allem sehr sauber - wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt!
Hervorzuheben ist definitv das sehr nette und offene Personal, welches den Aufenthalt zu etwas sehr besonderem gemacht hat. Maryna war immer offen für ein gutes Gespräch und hat bei Problemen immer sofort geholfen!
Außerdem unterstützt das Cape Capsules Team die Förderung von benachteiligten einheimischen Communities, was sehr bemerkenswert ist!!! - Kann vor Ort mit unterstützt werden!
Wir werden definitiv zurück kommen um die tolle Arbeit des Cape Capsules Teams zu unterstützen und wieder in einer solch tollen Unterkunft zu wohnenHome on the other side of the world + doing something good for disadvantaged local communities.
+ One of the best stays we've ever had! The rooms were very comfortable, with enough space and above all very clean - we felt right at home!
Definitely the very nice and open staff, which has made the stay a very special one. Maryna was always open to a good conversation and always helped with problems right away!
The Cape Capsules team also supports the promotion of disadvantaged indigenous communities, which is very remarkable!!! - Can be supported on the ground!
We will definitely come back to support the great work of the Cape Capsule team and to live in such a great place!
